Abstract
In research it is established that carrying out eradication therapy by the patient with erosive and ulcerative changes of a stomach and a duodenum, arisen against reception of nonsteroid antiinflammatory drugs, is inexpedient. As the most acceptable for effective prophylaxis of recurrence of the gastropathy caused by reception of nonsteroid antiinflammatory drugs, it is necessary to recognize long reception of inhibitors of proton pomp in a preventive dose.
