Abstract

Below is a description of 26 clinical cases of obliterative endarteritis. All tested are men. The disease occurs most in men than in women (99:1). Divided into 3 clinical forms of the disease: 1) occlusive disease as a consequence of prolonged smoking - 19 (73%), and 2) occlusive disease as a disease of long and frequent hypothermia feet - 5 (29%), 3) and finally, the development of this disease in humans who abuse alcohol - 2 (8%). In all three cases, the diagnosis was confirmed on the basis of history and data of clinical and laboratory studies. In this essay (paper) we discuss the development and tactics of treatment of obliterating endarteritis in smoking individuals.
