Abstract
In article comparative efficiency and an acceptability of three inhibitors of the proton pomp which is standard used in short-term therapy of esophagitis at 101 elderly patients is carried out. It is established that pantoprazole and rabeprazole are much more effective at elderly patients, than omeprazole, in an esophagitis adhesion better and quicker stop symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease. The becoming infected of H. pylori has no impact on coefficient of an adhesion of an esophagitis by results of a short-term course of therapy of inhibitors of proton pomp.
