Abstract
Comparative analysis of an efficiency of the automated BACTEC MGIT 960 for diagnosis of M.Tuberculosis has demonstrated its higher diagnostic advantages. Concurrence of drug susceptibility testing to isoniazid and rifampicin on the Lowenstein-Jensen medium and Middlebrook 7H9 is 96, 6%.
