Abstract
The work is based on clinical examination of 116 patients with abdominal hernias disadvantaged. During the operation, the allocation of the hernial sac and hernial difficulties. So I had to come up with a new method for isolating the hernial sac and hernial. During this method opened up prejudicing ring 2 cm above the abdominal cavity. Through this opening the abdominal cavity enter the index finger. By controlling the index finger and the ring is cut infringing hernial sac. By this method in 16 patients dissected hernial sac and infringes ring. Based on these studies the following recommendations: This method is recommended for strangulated hernia surgery in the elderly, as well as when there is a difficulty in allocating infringes ring and hernia sac. This method is recommended to prevent the entry of infringing the organs in the abdomen.
