Abstract

Experimental studies have been conducted on 15 white rats, in 2 stages. At one point, all of the animals formed a strangulated hernia white line of the abdomen, at the 2nd stage of a hernia repair. Bacteriological examination of fluid inoculated strains of E. coli, staphylococcus, streptococcus, a high degree of contamination. The clinic "pull hernioplastics" using multifilament mesh was applied in 62 patients with restrained abdominal hernias. The second - the control group consisted of 54 people, after traditional surgery. In these patients after 4-7 years of observation repeated hernia revealed. Some patients had inguinal hernia, the second patient had postoperative ventral hernia. There was the rejection of alloplastic material in these patients. During the operation, the plastic material is turned into a formation. Grid was found at autopsy of the formation. During inguinal hernia surgery defects were found between the seams where herniate was formed. The patient was re-made pull hernioplastics. The following is recommended based on the study results: At recurrent strangulated hernia use semi-absorbable grid and often impose stitches. At the not-pull hernioplastics there should not remain folds because formations or cyst could be formed.
