Abstract

In work are led the results of operation at 86 ill with injury of breast, complication to twist off gemotorakes. The comparative appraisal of the results of operations is conducted with using. Is elicit about the advantages of dilution povidon –yod and without it using. Is elicit adout the advantages of toroskopiya interferences with appiying of dilution povidon- yod versus traditional andoskopiya and open operations. Today the problem of chest trauma remains one of the most current in modern surgery and traumatology. The intensity of modern life, richness of its technology and high-speed, complex criminal conditions cause injuries especially these days. In recent years there has been the development of methods VATS operations with open lesions of the breast. The emergence in recent years of a new generation of endoscopic techniques, including video monitors, high-power light sources, endoscopic cameras, endoscopic staplers, led to the creation of a new direction in endoscopic surgery. Currently, there is a significant increase in complicated trauma of the chest. One of the most frequent complications of chest injury is clotted hemothorax. It is shown that about 18% of patients with hemothorax, initially treated thoracostomy, form coagulated hemothorax and 39% of them require surgical treatment. The traditional way to remove coagulated hemothorax is a thoracotomy. Application puncture and pleural cavity drainage in conjunction with the administration of proteolytic enzymes often ineffective.
