Abstract
Improving the quality of life of the population is a fundamental task of public authorities of both a particular region and the state as a whole. The concept of quality of life includes a set of indicators that affect various spheres of the population’s life, which requires the active participation of authorities in the search for solutions to emerging socio-economic problems.
