Abstract

As a result of studying of clinical features of a chronic heart failure it is taped that the disease is more widespread at men who are on the average younger than women. The main reasons of development are arterial hypertension and coronary heart disease. The dyspnea is the most typical complaint of patients. From objective symptoms the most frequent are the edemas taped at 20% of patients. Among patients with II prevail and the III functional class of a chronic heart failure, it is bound both to features of the contingent of patients, and to hypo diagnostics of the I functional class.
