Abstract
IFA - one of the most common metastatic lung disease. This article describes a case of original ELISA in patients with chronic bronchopulmonary diseases (bronchiectasis, cystic disease of both lungs). Disseminated process in the lungs, which developed in patients with severe respiratory disorders, has led to the development of pulmonary hypertension, which showed chronic pulmonary heart disease. Right heart failure contributed weighting of the patient.
