Abstract
Gastroduodenal pathology in workers in the petroleum industry was accompanied by a disturbance of the normal microflora of the large intestine. The normal microflora is an integral part of the body, a kind of body that plays a key role in maintaining homeostasis. Microorganisms enter into relations with the underlying structures and are able to specifically regulate different functions of the microorganism. Changes flora of the gastrointestinal tract is influenced by many different factors. Risk factors affect and change the regulatory relationships in the "man-microbiocaenosis" [1,2,3,4]. The purpose of this study – is the analysis of the colon microbiota in gastroduodenal pathology in workers from the petroleum industry. 343 workers in the petroleum industry with gastroduodenal pathology, aged 20 to 55 years, were examined. Gastroduodenal pathology in workers in the petroleum industry was accompanied by a disturbance of the normal microflora of the large intestine. Dysbacteriosis characterized by deficiency of the protective microflora and contamination of pathogenic flora.
