Abstract
This review provides modern literary data on prevalence and sources of lead intoxication, negative impact of lead poisoning on an organism. The special attention is paid to influence of lead on blood parameters, hemopoietic system and to mechanisms of formation of various forms of anemia. New aspects of anemiascaused by lead are showed. Environmental pollution with toxic metals has been a major problem all over the world due to their increasing accumulation in the food chain and продолжительнымциркулированием in the ecosystem. n recent decades, has reached alarming proportions human pressures, environmental, and production aspects of the impact svintsa.V list of the most dangerous environmental toxins lead in a few years is in second place. [1] Lead (Pb) - is widespread in nature, heavy metal, represented as lead sulphide or lead chloride. Poisoning causes soluble salts of lead. Lead contamination is the result of industrialization and human activities.
