Abstract

In the article the structure of cardiological disease of the elderly population of one of areas of Almaty is analysed. The statistical analysis of structure of diseases of system of blood circulation has been carried out. Prevalence of a chronic pathology of heart in the form of an arterial hypertensia (АH), an ischemic heart disease (IHD) and diseases of vessels at persons of advanced age is revealed. The gradual aging of the population increases the incidence of cardiovascular disease in everyday medical practice. This cardiovascular disease (CVD) tend to weighting. Knowledge of the laws of aging makes it possible to predict the occurrence of atherosclerosis, hypertension, coronary artery disease, diabetes mellitus (DM), of cancer. These diseases develop later in life, and most scientists believe that this is due to the aging process [1,2]. Clinic of CVD and its treatment in the elderly are determined primarily by age involutive changes and the development of sclerotic lesions of the heart and blood vessels [3,4]. Prehospital become important statistical studies of cardiac morbidity geriatric population. The aim of the study was to analyze the cardiac morbidity of the elderly population in one district of Almaty.
