Abstract
There has been a particular interest in the anti-arrhythmic drug class III. Cordarone efficiency was higher than other classes of anti-arrhythmic drugs, even in cases where the drug was administered after it was pronounced inefficiency other means. Cordarone can be used, according to the literature, and for the relief and prevention of attacks AF. Efficiency up to 70-90% was observed even in the absence of the effect of other means. Our results of Cordarone in AF patients with ischemic heart disease correspond to published data.
