Abstract
Acute respiratory infections are the most common. Direct and indirect costs of treatment and care for children with frequent acute respiratory diseases cause significant economic damage not only to the child's family, but also to the budget of the country as a whole. Rehabilitation of sickly children ARD is an urgent problem for the pediatrician and avoid negative consequences for the child. Every two of three children have respiratory problems. Among the causes of infant mortality respiratory diseases rank is third, followed by perinatal diseases and congenital malformations. Direct and indirect costs of treatment and care for children with frequent acute respiratory infections (ARI) cause significant economic damage not only to the child's family, but also the budget of the country as a whole.
