Abstract
In article it is shown that there is no reliable difference in pain localization at a peptic ulcer of a duodenum and chronic gastritis at children, Helicobacter Pylori associated with an infection, that didn't allow to make the diagnosis of a peptic ulcer on this symptom, in 8,7% of cases noted the without pain course of a disease. However pains at children a peptic ulcer of a duodenum in 38,9% of cases arose at night. The gastric dyspepsia at patients was shown by heartburn at 73,0%, nausea at 64,3%, an eructation at 60,3% (p<0,01) and vomiting at 47,6%. Most often single ulcers of 0,3-0,5 cm in size (52,4%) met localization on a forward wall of a bulb of a duodenum (59,5%) and at 11,1% multiple ulcers met. Ulcerative defects had a spherical form (73,0%) more often and were defined against different expression of inflammatory process in a mucosa.
