Abstract
Cholestasis of the newborns under 3 months with infections pathology mostly is predetermined by intranatal infections. In infections caused by сytomegalovirus is found high of hathological process. The problem of cholestasis in infants and young children has always been a very topical and caused the greatest concern among pediatricians. It is estimated that the prevalence of neonatal liver disease reaches 1 in 2500 live births. Cholestasis is defined as a delay of bile in the biliary tract due to violation of its formation, and urinary excretion, ie pathological process in certain section of the gall current (hepatocyte faterova to the nipple). [1] In the etiology of cholestasis in young children perinatal infection plays a significant role. Perinatal infection - one of the leading causes of perinatal and child pathology and mortality. In addition, perinatal infections affect the frequency and structure of maternal morbidity and mortality. Frequency of clinically significant forms of intrauterine infection (IUI) is 0.5-1% on-time delivery, and increased to 3,5-16% in preterm labor. In studies of several authors [5,6,7,8], the proportion of IUI causes of stillbirth and neonatal mortality rates approaches 40%. According to the National Genetic Register of Kazakhstan, the proportion of congenital malformations among the causes of perinatal mortality in the Republic of Kazakhstan is 12-16%, and has a tendency to decrease. [10]
