Abstract
The aim of the work was to determine the proportion of congenital malformations of the urinary system in children being on the dispensary with a diagnosis of chronic pyelonephritis. Of the 30 dispensary patients with congenital malformations of the urinary tract (VPRMVS) accounted for 26.8%. Congenital malformations of the urinary system are revealed when you apply for urinary tract infection (PMI). Pyelonephritis against VPRMVS had a more severe, recurrent and chronic. The basic reasons: late referral, low level of health education among the population.
