Abstract
Vascular diseases of a brain because of their high abundance and serious consequences for health of the population are the major medical and social problem. For the last decades the medical community began to give much more attention to the prevention of strokes. Solutions of the problem can be various. They depend on some local climate and geographical features of the region. To correct the negative influence of a climate-and-meteorological factor on stroke development, for more detailed research of climate and meteorological factors influence nature on emergence and development of vascular diseases of a brain, the effectiveness of seasonal prophylaxis is studied with drug application – Cytophlavin.
