Abstract
Examination of the pregnant women since the first trimester has conducted. Their level of the somatic and stomatological health has revealed. Discussions about hygiene of an oral cavity have led. Intensity and prevalence of the carious process of the surveyed have defined. In recent years there has been a steady destruction of deciduous teeth in young children: having barely erupt at 6-8 months of age 2-3 months carious teeth begin to undergo the process. Experts had to offer, the term "nursery or bottle tooth decay." The poor state of the dental system in young children is determined by the level of health of the pregnant woman - the level of its general and dental health. Pregnant women do not undergo timely rehabilitation of the oral cavity. The state of their oral health is directly related to general health, particularly affecting to the health of the unborn child.
