Abstract
In clinical practice, it is sometimes difficult to detect anemia attributed to a variant of anemia. Diagnostic search does not reveal their clinical or instrumental and laboratory symptoms that might characterize this anemia as a separate species. In this example, consider the case of anemia of chronic osteomyelitis complicated by subsequent sepsis. Our observations have shown that the development of anemia of chronic inflammatory disease worsens the prognosis.
