Abstract
Now growth of frequency of occurrence of a combination of an arterial hypertensia with chronic obstructively illness of lungs is defined. A combination of these diseases promote their mutual burdening. At a choice antihypertensive preparations the preference is necessary for giving preparations which besides proof hypotensive effect reduce obstruction. Character of a daily structure of arterial pressure at 36 patients with arterial hypertensia in a combination to chronic obstructive illness of lungs has the original features consisting higher parameters of loading by pressure, an insufficient degree of night decrease arterial pressure in comparison from patients from group of comparison. 8-week therapy by preparation Nifecard XL has allowed to lower system arterial pressure. Results of carried out research prove efficiency and safety of preparation Nifecard XL at treatment of elderly patients with an arterial hypertensia in a combination to chronic obstructive illness of lungs.
