Abstract

Among the newly diagnosed tuberculosis had the highest frequency of infiltrative tuberculosis - 79.3%, from 31.0% in the collapse, smear-44.8%, of which 27.5% of the time in culture. In 62.0% of patients were asymptomatic onset of the disease, so in 75.8%. Patients were identified by routine inspection. The incidence of tuberculosis in 2011 in the Republic of Kazakhstan is characterized by some reduction in the incidence (86.6 per 100 000 population) and mortality rate (8.4 per 100,000 population). There has been significant progress in improving the quality of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis. One measure of the effectiveness of control activities is the death rate from tuberculosis, which has some stability to reduce (1). However, the number of common forms of drug resistance to the drugs (2,3). Objective: To analyze the characteristics of the course of newly diagnosed tuberculosis in a TB hospital. Subjects. To meet the objectives of this study, we have examined 29 patients with first-ever pulmonary tuberculosis under observation in the TB dispensary for the period from 2010 to 2011.
