Abstract
Arterial high blood pressure (arterial pressure, АР) of pregnant occupies the special place among the pressing questions of modern medicine. She is component part at least two extraordinarily sharply standing today medicine-social problems: АP on the whole and reproductive health of nation. Basic problem of АP for pregnant: absence of single terminology, uses different classification and criteria of АP, tactics of conduct of patients. We made an effort on the basis of evidential medicine present classification of АP for pregnant and principles of medicinal therapy.
