Abstract
Clinical case of Mediterranean fever - rare diseases in our country, is described in this article. The diagnosis of the family Mediterranean fever put difficult, especially during the first attack of the disease and in those regions where the disease is rare, because this disease ill people from the Mediterranean Sea. Must consider the possibility of other diseases and, in particular, genetically determined, in the differential diagnosis of fever.
