Abstract
In was done the clinical research to those medicine such as Adaptol and Noophen. The effectivenes of those medicine have been revealed during the treatment of patients with physical diseases of different ethidogy not only in permatent but also out department A clinical study of Adaptol and Noofen drugs revealed their effectiveness in the treatment of patients with mental disorders of various etiologies, not only in stationary, but also in the outpatient setting. ental health is one of the most important health, social and economic problems. Preliminary estimates indicate that today about 450 million people living on our planet suffer from mental or neurological disorders or from psychosocial problems of various (Gro Harlem Brundtland, 2001) [1]. As stated in the WHO Report on the state of health care in the world, 2001 "Mental Health: New Understanding, New Hope", mental and behavioral disorders are present in 10% of the adult population. About 20% of all patients who undergo screening in primary health care, suffer from one or more mental disorders. At the same time, the report says, one in four families has usually at least one member who suffers from a mental or behavioral disorder. Among the mental and behavioral disorders, afflicting the world's population, a significant proportion of occupied neurotic disorders.
