Abstract
In this article, published the results of testing of the drug containing levocarnitine - Inestom off 40 LBW infants who were in the department of nursing of premature infants in the Perinatal Center and Pediatric Cardiac Surgery. Application month course medicine Inestom allowed the authors to conclude that the positive effect on the weight energotropic curve and improve metabolism of bilirubin. In addition, Inestom a drug for the prevention of early anemia of prematurity, which allows him to recommend a comprehensive rehabilitation of small babies.
