Abstract
The article presents the materials of efficiency of treatment with chronic cerebral ischemia with the application of drug pentoxifylline, Actovegin and mildronate. Displays the results of effective treatment by using drugs pentoxifylline and Actovegin,as compared with the drugs of another group. As effective treatments for patients with chronic heart failure (ischemic) stroke (dyscirculatory encephalopathy) has been proposed medical complex drug therapy with vasoactive and neuroprotective drugs – aktovegin and pentoxifylline, and the combination of pentoxifylline with mildronate. Comprehensive medical therapy with vasoactive and neuroprotective drugs - aktovegin and pentoxifylline may be used in combination with conventional methods as pathogenetic treatment not only in stationary, but also in terms of outpatient rehabilitation for patients with chronic cerebral ischemia. Were investigated in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia. We compared the results of treatment with the application of aktovegin and mildronat. Patients in both groups received treatment, including one group of vasoactive drugs and drugs with nootoropnym the influence of different groups. Also, patients in both groups received supplemental sedatives, minor tranquilizers and drugs, and drugs acting on the autonomic nervous system (Belloidum, Bellaspon, bellatamital).
